1. Article  /ˈɑː.tɪ.kl ̩ a piece of writing on a particular subject in a newspaper or magazine.
2. Articles of in-corruption  are the primary rules governing the management of a corporation in the United States and Canada, and are filed with a state or other regulatory agency.
3. Charter is the formal document of the right. 
    Synonym: Permit
4. Corporate charter is a document, filed with a U.S. state by a corporation's founders, describing the purpose, place of business, and other details of a corporation. also called articles of incorporation or charter.
5.Venture /ˈven.tʃər/ a new activity, usually in business, which involves risk or uncertainty.
6. Joint venture: The combination between 2 companies upper would like to joint each other for run business for gaining the profit.
7. C corporation refers to any corporation that, under United States income tax law, is taxed separately from its owners. Most major companies (and many smaller companies) are treated as C corporations for U.S. income tax purposes.
For the example of C corporation : For S corporation is the corporation has to pay the tax for only the Texas's law.
8. S corporation is the a corporation that makes a valid election to be taxed under Subchapter S of Chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code. The different between C corporation and S corporation is for S corporation must live in U.S. and also has no more shareholders over 100 people. In other hand the C corporation can be any nationality for own the shareholders.
For example of S corporation: Only the shareholders of S corporation has to pay an income tax.
9. Making sentences
* Article of incorporation: Some kind of the corporation has to fill out the information on the article form.
*Charter-The business has a charter.
*Corporate charter- On the corporate charter described the purpose of the business.
*Venture- those are venture companies of milk products.
*Joint venture-The Meji company is a part of joint-venture of CP company in Thailand.

    Your blog includes most of the information required. Well done. There are a couple of suggestions:
    1. Revise the definition of "article" and the sentence you made
    2. Make a sentence of C corporation and S corporation

    Please revise it at the end of Thursday. I'll check it after Thursday.
